I had my vehicle towed to them thinking alternator problems they checked it was a dead battery so replaced it was quick and easy they treated my vehicle with care they even put in a bolt for my plate because I only had one lol but I’d definitely use again highly recommend for service work on your vehicles my experience was great and this was my first vehicle

I’ve been to Napa Auto a couple of times now, and the owner and his wife have always been super helpful and genuinely nice. They really take the time to help you out. I went back for an oil change on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler, and they even did a free inspection to make sure everything was in good shape and explained the upcoming repairs clearly. They also gave me the best offer and even have a cash-only discount, which is a great bonus! Mark my words — if you have any vehicle issues or emergencies, this is the place to go. Best service, best customer care, and great quality work for the best price!

Huge thanks to Shaz and Roheeda for the phenomenal alignment job they did on my dad’s lifted Ford F350. The work was quick, professional, and done properly — which is a rare find these days. Their communication was clear and friendly, the pricing was very fair, and the overall professionalism was top notch. I’ll definitely be bringing my own car here for maintenance moving forward and recommending them to everyone I know! We drove the car from New West to Richmond and it’s driving amazing we have no words, no other company has been able to perfect an alignment on his truck. Another 5 star job by Shaz and the team! My partner and I have been taking our 2007 VW Golf here a couple of times now the most recent time to have the winter tires put on. Not only did these guys change the tires but checked the brakes and suspension at no extra cost. Shaz always goes the extra mile to explain in detail what is going on with your car. We went for the convenience of how close these guys are, we go back for the outstanding customer service. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

UPDATE July 2024!! Yet again Shaz and Roheeda went above and beyond with our cute little Nissan Micra. A rattle had been ongoing and today it was figured out and fixed. I feel even more strongly than I did before about Drive In.... simply the best.... and always willing to answer questions and alleviate my so often worried mind. 11 outta 10!!!!! March 2024: I can't speak any more highly of Shaz and Roheeda. We had an issue attaching our license plate to our car so we randomly drove in to this shop and Shaz fixed it in minutes. I meet Roheeda at that time as well and she gave me their card and I am SO THANKFUL SHE DID! When it came time for our next servicing I called her up and we've been going to see them ever since. We have now had all of our car's needs taken care of at Drive-In and I would never go anywhere else. They are the most wonderful people. They are honest, Shaz is great at what he does and they will always go that extra mile so you and your car can go that extra mile too!! Best mechanic EVER!

Very happy and impressed. I recently had trouble starting my Audi A4 and keeping a battery charge. I tried charging the battery, switching the alternator, yet no luck. This all came to a head when the car died in Columbia Sqaure Plaza. I called the shop, expressed my frustration, asking for help. The shop said they would make time to help, and three hours later the problem was solved. It was a parasitic draw caused by my radio. I'm super happy with the knowledge, flexibility, and professional of NAPA Auto Pro, so happy in fact I'll be using them going forward.
